Scavenger Hunt tab in the Mobile App to win great prizes while learning from our exhibitors and having some fun along the way!
Here’s how it works:
- Open the App and click the Scavenger Hunt tab.
- Take a look at the list of tasks and activities
- Visit with the corresponding exhibitor kiosks and various conference spaces, scan the QR codes to earn points.
- Check the leader board in the app to see where you stand!
Prizes:
A few stops may be giving prizes during the conference, but you’ll still need to earn the most points in order to be entered to win the top prize at the conclusion of the conference:
Grand Prize: One (1) Complimentary 2026 ASAE Marketing, Membership, Communications +Tech Conference (MMC+T) Registration
TASKS TO COMPLETE TO EARN POINTS.
The participant with the most points will be the grand prize winner announced by ASAE Team.

Participation Rules:
The 2025 MMC +Tech Scavenger Hunt is only open to attendees who have registered for the full conference. The scavenger hunt begins at 8:00 AM ET on Monday May 12 and concludes at 4:30 PM ET on Tuesday May 13.
- Scavenger Hunt participants may only complete each task once, and QR codes may not be scanned more than one time.
- QR codes must be scanned in person.
- ASAE will notify winners within one week of the conference concluding.
- ASAE reserves the right to make changes to runner up prizes in rare circumstances and will substitute another prize of equal or greater value.
- Please play fair and remember that this is both a chance to engage with exhibitors more and to win fun prizes.
