Cancellations, Refund & Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to ASAEservice@asaecenter.org by March 13, 2020. A refund of all fees, minus a $150 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after March 13, 2020.
 
ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than April 24, 2020. Substitutions are gladly accepted! A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to ASAEservice@asaecenter.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Funds from this program cannot be transferred to another program. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
 
Eligibility Policy
The 2020 Marketing, Membership & Communications Conference (MMCC) is designed for association, consultants, association management executives, and nonprofit marketing, membership, communication, and component relations professionals to gain knowledge, perspective, and insight into the communication issues facing the industry. A business partner/supplier company that has not purchased a booth on the trade show floor may register one (1) employee for the conference. Exceptions are made only for the ASAE Board of Directors, speakers, and council/committee members belonging to a council/committee that is meeting in conjunction with the Marketing, Membership & Communication Conference. This ensures a high buyer/seller ratio. No one under the age of 18 may enter the trade show floor at any time.
 
The Executive Leadership Workshop, Organizing your Communication Calendar to Engage Year-Round, is open to all full-conference attendees.

The Executive Leadership Workshop, Do You Know Me?: Building Group Identity Profiles for Member Recruitment and Retention, is open to all full-conference attendees.
 
Ineligible Registrations
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASAE eligibility policies. ASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with any cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.

Additional Registrant Rate (For Association Executives/Consultants Only): In order to receive the discounted registration rate for additional registrants from the same association, all registrants must register using the same organization-based email domain. For example, if the first registrant registers using john@asaecenter.org, in order for the second registrant to receive the discounted rate, he/she must register using their @asaecenter.org email domain. Registrants using public domains (such as @gmail.com) will not receive the discounted additional registrant rate.

Special Offers/Discount Codes
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations. Limit one special offer/discount code per registration.

Confirmation
If you register online, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of your registration from registration@asaecenter.org.
