Welcome to the 2019 Marketing, Membership & Communication Conference ATTENDEE registration. To begin, click "start" below.

If you are a SPEAKER or EXHIBITOR at the Marketing, Membership & Communications Conference, please log into the appropriate Service Center to register. Otherwise, you will not receive the correct registration rates.

Cancellations, Refund & Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to ASAE by May 3, 2019. A refund of all fees, minus a $150 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after May 3, 2019. Attendees using Access Pass will have their points fully returned to available balance up until May 3. After May 3, no Access Pass points will be refunded and they may not be transferred to another program.

Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at registration@asaecenter.org. ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than June 14, 2019. Substitutions are gladly accepted! A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to registration@asaecenter.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Funds from this program cannot be transferred to another program. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.

Eligibility Policy
The 2019 Marketing, Membership & Communications Conference (MMCC) is designed for association, consultants, association management executives, and nonprofit marketing, membership, communication, and component relations professionals to gain knowledge, perspective, and insight into the communication issues facing the industry. A business partner/supplier company that has not purchased a booth on the trade show floor may register one (1) employee for the conference. Exceptions are made only for the ASAE Board of Directors, speakers, and council/committee members belonging to a council/committee that is meeting in conjunction with the Marketing, Membership & Communication Conference. This ensures a high buyer/seller ratio. No one under the age of 18 may enter the trade show floor at any time.

The Executive Leadership Workshop, What They Say and What They Do: Using Member Data to Drive Engagement, is open to all full-conference attendees. 

The
Executive Leadership Workshop, Optimize Your Advertising Spend with Retargeting and Automation, is open to all full-conference attendees.

Ineligible Registrations
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASAE eligibility policies. ASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with any cancellation.
