Accessibility
It is the policy of ASAE to hold meetings, conferences, and other professional events where we seek to remove barriers of any type that would exclude people from attending or participating. ASAE's practices also follow the state laws where the meeting or event is to be held.

ASAE is on a journey to ensure all of our platforms and providers are accessible. Until then, the platform provider, eShow, is not fully accessible via a screen reader. If you require additional reasonable accommodations or have questions regarding any of the elements listed above, please email the ASAE team at

Hearing
ASAE is on a journey to ensure all of our platforms and providers are accessible. During live days on the platform, content delivered by ASAE and Industry Partners will have closed captioning available. This can be turned on by attendees by selecting the "CC" button above the upper right corner of the display screen. However, closed captioning is not available for video chat interactions on the platform (including Community Conversations); captioning can be provided by enabling Google Chrome's live captioning tool. Follow
these instructions to enable live captioning with Google Canary for those conference elements. All recordings on-demand will have open captioning.
Other
If you require additional reasonable accommodations that are not already being provided or listed above, ASAE is happy to provide such accommodations within one-week of written notice prior to the conference. Requests can be made by emailing the ASAE team at
