The Marketing, Membership & Communications Conference (MMCC) gives association and nonprofit professionals the insights necessary to take their marcomm and membership strategies to new heights. Learn the latest in engagement, technology, and trends from industry innovators.


The Attendee Service Center (ASC), is available to you 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, wherever there is internet access. Within the ASC you can update your registration profile and download your registration receipt. 

Your ASC login credentials will be emailed to you. 
 


Cancellation/Refund Policies:

ASAE will fully refund program registrations fees in full with notifications submitted to ASAE Registration via e-mail at ASAEservice@asaecenter.org. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by 10 business days before the first day of the conference. Requests made in writing less than 10 business days prior to the first day of the conference starting will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds cannot be approved for no-shows.

Substitutions are gladly accepted. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the virtual event start date, and no later than June 1, 2021. Please submit a written request to ASAEservice@asaecenter.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.

All registrants will receive an email notification from ASAE Show Management with your custom login credentials a few days prior to the event.

You will use your credentials to log into the eShow Virtual Event Platform on the first day of the conference, June 2. You will use the same credentials to access the platform for the duration of the conference.

ASAE is registered with the CAE Commission as a CAE Approved Provider committed to providing education that aligns with the CAE Exam Content Outline for the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential.

All education sessions at Virtual MMCC are CAE-eligible and attendees may earn up to 10 CAE credits for attending the full conference on LIVE Days (June 3-4).


Yes. All registered attendees will have access to the eShow VEM platform and any sessions during the on-demand period up until June 30 until 5:00 p.m. EST.


Please visit the Help Desk within the Main Lobby of the eShow virtual event platform site. 


The roster will be posted on May 12.
